Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If your order is returned due to insufficient/incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee. A refund will NOT be granted.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Faith Beats Fear/Jack of All Trades Media, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Faith Beats Fear/Jack of All Trades Media, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Return and Exchange Policy
We print every product when it is ordered and CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send email your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We want our customers to be satisfied. If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us with details and an image within 3 days of receiving your item and we will do our absolute best to make you happy. Please contact us at email@example.com for further information.
We don't store inventory and we begin processing and creating your product at the time of purchase. Therefore we can't issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
