What forms of payment do you accept?

We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

Is my credit card information secure?

Absolutely. We use SSL, the leading standard for digitally transmitting sensitive data, to encrypt our checkout process. SSL attaches a unique code to your credit card information that preventhird-partyrty sites from seeing or accessing it. 

What is your return policy?

Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days.

We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customers needs a smaller or larger size.

Please address all returns to address included in your order. 

When will my order ship?

Since our orders are printed on demand, it generally takes about 7 to 10 business days for us to process each order before we ship it out for delivery. 

Where is my order confirmation?

Sometimes our confirmation emails are identified as SPAM, so it may have landed in your SPAM folder. Otherwise, you receive a shipping and tracking confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 

I get an error message when I enter my tracking number. What’s going on?

Once shipped, it takes 24 to 48 hours for USPS.com to update tracking information on their website. 

Do you carry petite, larger, additional, plus, or extended sizes of your clothing?

We know not everyone is built the same, and we do our best to offer sizing that accommodates all body types. Depending on the style of apparel, we carry sizes that range from S to 4XL. Please note that our sizing options are limited to the availability of our apparel supplier.

I’m unsure about a size or I have a fit question. How do I find this information?

Available sizes and measurements for each style of apparel are listed in our sizing chart.  

Can I use more than one discount code?

We will only honor one discount code per order.
